Information stored on your iPhone
The app stores your current game, unlocked boards, scores, stars, achievement counters, and sound and guide preferences locally. When Game Center is used, it also stores a game-specific player identifier to associate local records with the first linked account. This information is not sent to a server operated by the developer. Saved games are not synced through iCloud by the app; device backups may contain local app data according to your Apple settings.
Apple Game Center
You can play without Game Center. When your iPhone is signed in, the app uses Apple’s GameKit service to submit eligible scores and achievement progress and display your Game Center nickname. Apple processes Game Center information under its own policy, and your nickname and scores may appear on leaderboards. Manage sign-in and sharing in your device’s Game Center settings. Advertising, tracking, and permissions
Lætitia includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK, and the developer does not sell personal data or track you across apps and websites. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos. Its dialogue recording is bundled with the app; the microphone is not used.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue. Keep unnecessary personal information out of messages and screenshots. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the request and any related obligations; contact us to request deletion.
This website
These static support and privacy pages are hosted by Cloudflare. The site sets no application cookies, saves no language preference, and includes no analytics, advertising, or contact form. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as IP addresses and technical request details, to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Your choices and deletion
You can play offline and manage Game Center through your device settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device; deleting or restoring backups is controlled through your Apple settings. Removing local data does not erase scores or achievements held by Apple. Contact Apple about Game Center data and email us about support correspondence or other privacy requests.
Children and policy updates
The game does not ask players to provide personal information or create a developer account. Parents can manage Game Center access and sharing through Apple’s parental controls. We will update this page if the app’s data practices change; the revision date appears below.
